About C.A. Construction

CA Construction is a family owned and operated contracting business with an expertise in hardscape and landscape, and an emphasis in concrete work for both exterior and interior project areas. In recent years, CA has expanded to also provide construction services for interior and exterior remodels/renovations on every scale. CA’s additional project areas include, but are not limited to, shade structures, garage additions, kitchen & bath remodels, and much more.

Jeff Kisner, CA owner and project manager, named his construction business after his two young sons in hopes of someday including them in the family operation. As CA's workload expanded, Jeff also grew his team of reliable workers and began taking on larger projects with the utilization of his own heavy equipment. In later years, Jeff’s wife, Danielle Kisner, joined her husband in the family business as Design Coordinator. She has 5+ years experience in the construction industry working in design and coordinating.

Our Process

Preconstruction On-Site Consultation

Our project manager and design coordinator will meet with you at your remodel site. At this time, we will discuss details such as design vision,

our expert advice, your preliminary budget, and general project timeline.

Design & Construction Estimate

After our initial meeting, we will provide you with a comprehensive preliminary proposal with a cost breakdown and suggested material selections.

Our project manager may request a second meeting to finalize project details, take final measurements, or review final plans. Proposals are often revised or adjusted in accordance to clients' final preferences, pre-contract.

Project Commencement

Upon client approval and receipt of signed contract, we will request a deposit to begin ordering project materials. At this time we will obtain building permits, if required.

During construction, we will protect clients' homes and maintain a pristine work area. Our project manager is present on-site during the project, and is available by phone or email to discuss project progress.

The Finishing
Touches

At construction completion, we clean the project site and remove remaining construction debris.

We will complete a final inspection and check-off all punch list items or final requests of clients.

Although clients' project are completed, we are always a phone call away if ever additional services or warranty requests are needed.
